Double the Garlic is a vegetarian food blog that is managed and maintained by myself, Amber Pepe, with occasional contributions from other people.

I am a college student living in Fort Myers, FL.  I love cooking with a passion.  Although my photography skills could use a little work, I also really enjoy taking pictures of the food I make and am slowly learning new ways to produce a better photo.

I am also learning more and more about cooking as I move along, and as such am beginning to find it easier to experiment with and adapt recipes to my own tastes, or even develop new concoctions of my own.  That said, I still shamelessly spend a lot of time making other people’s dishes.
